Construction started in May 2026; completion is expected between September and November 2027, after which the buildings are registered as a condominium. Payments follow the sale: booking, 30% on the contract, two installments and the 20% balance on completion and ownership transfer.

- 02Sale and purchase agreement within 14 days — 30% of the price, less the booking fee
- 03First installment — 25%

- 05Construction: piling 40% done by August 2026, structure, systems and finishes to follow
- 06Completion, condominium registration and ownership transfer, expected 2027 — the 20% balance and the transfer costs
