What does a unit at Rhea cost today?

Accepted Answer

On Sansiri's price list the one-bedrooms run from THB 4.3M (29.75 m², third floor of Building C) to THB 5.96M; the two-bedroom, one-bath units from THB 7.51M to 9.86M with pool access; the two-bedroom, two-bath units from THB 8.84M to 10.25M; and the three 120 m² villas THB 23.99–24.49M. Sixty-four units are priced; the other 231 are not on the current list.

Can a foreigner own it?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as a condominium: foreign buyers may own up to 49% of the saleable area freehold under Thai law. We confirm the quota position for your unit with Sansiri before booking.

Question 3

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

A booking fee of THB 100,000 (one-bedroom) or THB 200,000 (two-bedroom or villa), then 30% of the price less the booking fee on signing the sale and purchase agreement within 14 days, two installments of 25% each, and the 20% balance on completion and ownership transfer.

What are the costs at transfer and every year?

The transfer fee and taxes at the Land Department as set in the sale agreement, the sinking fund and common fee at the rates the condominium sets, and metered utilities. The developer's brochure states no figures; we confirm them in writing for your unit.

What is included in the price?

The unit as specified by the developer with its fitted kitchen and bathroom; furniture packages are sold separately from the developer's furniture folder, which we send on request.

When will it be finished?

Construction started in mid-2026 — piling was 40% done by August 2026 per Sansiri's progress page — and the developer expects completion in 2027: September on the progress page, November in the brochure's legal note. The buildings are registered as a condominium after completion.

How big are the units?

One-bedrooms 29.75–35.25 m² (Types 1A and 1B), two-bedroom one-bath units 47.75–51.25 m² (Type 2A), two-bedroom two-bath units 59.75–65 m² (Type 2B) and the two-storey 2C villas of 120 m². Every type is drawn straight and mirrored, with garden, pool and pet-friendly variants.

A dual-level lagoon pool with a waterfall and sunbathing deck, communal gardens and a yoga area, a clubhouse with the lobby, a co-working space, a gym and a sauna, a laundry room, a pet park, basement parking with EV charging, 24-hour security and CCTV.

Yes — the first floor of Building C and the villas are sold as pet-friendly units with garden access, and the estate has a dedicated pet park with tunnels.

Can I rent it out?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sansiri offers property care and leasing management for owners who let their unit; short lets follow the condominium's rules and Thai law.

Who is the developer and how do I buy through Invest Phuket?

Accepted Answer

Sansiri PCL, one of Thailand's largest listed developers, through its project company Sirinpak 1 Co., Ltd. Invest Phuket advises independently at no extra cost: we confirm availability with Sansiri's Phuket sales team, send the price list and plans in writing, show you Sansiri's finished condominiums in Cherngtalay and walk you through the booking form and the sale agreement.
